  SERVICES

Unlike a typical gym, we program the workout so you don't stand around waiting on a piece of equipment or wonder how something works. We don't post the workouts beforehand, we want you to be prepared to face any challenge. Some are shorter than others but don't let that fool you. Oftentimes the shorter workouts are more intense than the longer ones. Movements are varied and elements are mixed. We don't have leg days or arm days, we have "we're gonna work your body days". A workout might have more focus on a particular area but there's no isolation movements.

           GROUP TRAINING

We offer evening only group classes during the week and can accommodate 20 or more people at one time.  A typical 5:30 pm class has 10-15 folks. The TTH 6:30 pm class and the Saturday 9 am class is usually attended by less than 10 folks. Classes generally  last 1 - 1 1/2 hours . There is always a warm up /stretch period followed by strength work. At times there is also a pre-workout/warmup prior to the actual workout. On Saturdays we change things up a bit as we will do some circuit training, technique training, partner workouts, etc. Some of our members will also use this time to work on something they want to improve upon or missed during the week. We believe the optimal benefit is achieved by attending a minimum of 3-4 classes per week.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

While we believe we are able to provide sufficient individual attention in our group sessions and our coaches will work with you and give you specific routines to do outside of the gym, there are those times that you'd like more personal time and attention. In that event don't hesitate to contact coach Joe to arrange for a convenient time for a one on one session. A separate fee will apply and discounts are available.

Coach Joe, in addition to being an active participant in multiple athletic sports himself over a span of 50+years , has also coached others in a multitude of sports including two of his own daughters who were scholarship DIV I  and DIV II athletes. He is also a Crossfit CFL1 trainer.

FIRST TIMERS INTRODUCTORY CLASSES - TECHNIQUE/FORM

For those of you who are either afraid of or are intimidated by the intensity of the workouts but want to give this a try we offer an introductory program. This is a five session program that covers basic fundamental move-
ments that are the building blocks for the workouts we do. We put you through the motions to assess mobility and correct technique and form to ensure efficient and optimal movement. Given your physical construct and any limitations we will make adjustments to your form to minimize the risk of injury. After the fourth session we will run you through a scaled workout. These classes are scheduled for MWF at 6:30 pm so as not to interfere with the normal class times.
